Council leadership is available to assist project owners, industry professionals, government officials, and community leaders in many ways, including: 

• Referral source to owners and builders for union contractors and subcontractors through annual published directories;

• Convening pre-job project meetings;

• Development of labor-management-owner project agreements;

• Promoting apprenticeship programs and training;

• Participation in community projects;

• Conducting construction industry apprentice and skilled-worker recruitment; and Participation in labor-management projects and initiatives.
