This two-day steward training class will sharpen your skills and boost your effectiveness as a leader – enabling you to enforce your contract, represent your members, and build a more powerful organization in your workplace. Some of the things we will cover include:
 The steward’s role and responsibilities
 Maneuvering through workplace issues and problems
 Enforcing your collective bargaining agreement
 Building membership involvement at the workplace
 Hearing from other people and other unions about what works for them
