This two-day steward training class will sharpen your skills and boost your effectiveness as a
leader – enabling you to enforce your contract, represent your members, and build a more
powerful organization in your workplace. Our agenda will include:

• The steward’s role and responsibilities
• Maneuvering through workplace issues and problems
• Enforcing your collective bargaining agreement
• Building membership involvement at the workplace
• Hearing from other people and other unions about what works for them
