Members of the United Auto Workers union are currently in negotiations for a fair contract at the “Big 3” automakers of Ford, GM, and Stellantis (Chrysler, Ram, Jeep). The Big 3 have made record profits in the last decade and UAW members are united for a record contract.

Last week, as part of a rolling strike strategy called the Stand Up Strike, workers at the General Motors Wentzville Assembly plant in Missouri, the Stellantis Assembly Complex in Toledo, Ohio, and the Ford Assembly Plant in Wayne, Michigan walked off the job to kickoff the first wave of the historic Stand Up Strike.

UAW President Shawn Fain has announced that as of 11:00 am local time the Stand Up Strike has expanded to thirty-eight GM and Stellantis parts and distribution locations across twenty states, including Wisconsin.

Our brothers and sisters of UAW Local 722 who work at the GM parts distribution facility in Hudson and our brothers and sisters of UAW Local 75 who work at the Stellantis Mopar parts center in Bay View (Milwaukee) are now on strike.

Stand up and join striking Wisconsin UAW workers on the line in solidarity:

  • In Hudson, join UAW 722 members on strike at the General Motors Hudson Parts Distribution Center, 2200 Willis Miller Drive. This is a 24-hour picket line.
  • In Milwaukee, join UAW Local 75 members on strike at the Stellantis Mopar parts facility at 3280 S. Clement Ave in Bay View, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

UAW members are fighting for all of us. Workers are striking for fair pay, job security and retirement with dignity. When working people stand together, we have the collective power to demand the respect and fairness on the job that we deserve.

Wisconsin workers are united and will support and stand with our UAW brothers and sisters as long as it takes until a fair contract is reached. Join us on the line.
